coronavirus covid 19 update

A brief update on our business functionality and operations during the COVID-19 pandemic and lockdown

We have received a few phone calls and emails asking what the current status of our facilities are during the outbreak of COVID-19.

As of 24/04/20 all of our storage facilities remain open and operational as normal.

During these very difficult and uncertain times we continue to provide our services and support to new and existing customers. We continuously monitor and update our operations and best practices in accordance with Government & WHO advice, guidance and regulation.

Fortunately, our facilities are managed and operated in such a way that there's no need for you to come into contact with anyone (even when collecting keys and accessing your unit for the first time). Our remote booking capabilities allow you to sign up online / over the phone and start storing completely independently of any direct contact with staff or other customers.

Existing customers are able to visit our facilities and their units as normal; all we ask is for people to adhere to the strict government advice surrounding the 2m rule (should they visit while someone else is on site) and be sure to take all sensible precautions with regards to only visiting as often and for as long as absolutely necessary.

May we also take this opportunity to say a HUGE THANK YOU to all the Key Workers (NHS, GPs, Carers, Emergency Services, Supermarket Staff, Local Shop Staff, Fuel Station Staff, Postal Services, Delivery Drivers, Farmers, Bin Men, Council Staff, Civil Servants and countless others) for all their hard work on the frontline and for holding the nation together in these unprecedented times. On behalf of all at PadStore, we salute you all and your heroic efforts!

If anyone would like further information on the functionality of our facilities and how we could help you in these turbulent times, please contact us and we'll happily be of assistance.

Should any of the above change as the pandemic progresses into its further stages we will be sure to update you all accordingly.

In the meantime, take care and all and please stay safe!
