We believe hiring a storage container should be an easy and simple process.
Our process is outlined below so you know what to expect:
Booking Your Unit:
Navigate to our website at www.pad-store.co.uk on your device
Desktop: click the blue “Instant quote” button in the top right-hand corner.
Tablet or Mobile: click the on the blue “Instant quote” button in the header.
Select your preferred site / location, unit size, and tariff / package option. Then click the blue "Book online now" button. Once the Booking Form is open all you need to do is complete your details, upload your ID, agree to our Terms and Conditions, and click “Confirm Booking” (ensuring ALL boxes with an asterix* are completed).
What Happens Next?
If we have a unit available for your chosen start date, we will process your booking by assigning you to a unit at your chosen site and sending you two emails; one of which will contain your first month’s advance invoice with clear instructions on how to set up your Direct Debit via GoCardless. The second email will be your “Storage Unit Booking Confirmation” detailing all that you need to know about storing with us.
If we do not have a unit available, or if your booking is more than two weeks in advance, we will contact you by phone and/or email to discuss the necessary steps of placing you onto our waiting list until a unit can be assigned to you nearer your chosen start date.
