It's nearly time to say 'Goodbye January'

Let's get ready for Spring 2019!

Let's face it, January is a pretty miserable month - Christmas and New Year festivities have come and gone in the blink of an eye yet the warmer weather of spring and the excitement of long and sunny summer evenings seem so far away. Very few of us are sorry to see the back of January but February is a great month to get ahead of the game and sort those niggling jobs we've all been putting off.

House sales have been even slower than usual for this time of the year. The uncertainty of Brexit has meant that a lot of buyers and sellers are waiting for even just a hint of clarity before making the all important decisions. One thing for sure is that all prospective buyers will want to see a neat and tidy house when they view and all sellers will want a potential buyer to immediately envisage moving in and making it their home. This is never easy when the house is cluttered, particularly after Christmas when you still haven't found homes for some presents and you know that really you should be throwing out old stuff to make way for the new. If you are in the process of buying, selling or moving home then why not start the ball rolling now. You can save on costly removal company fees by packing up the non-essential things now and putting them in storage - after all, you'll have to do it at some point so save the stress and panic by starting early.

From a business perspective, we're always planning ahead and will soon be facing the transition from winter to spring. You may have new stock on its way and old stock that needs storing until later in the year. Are you tiptoeing around a messy stockroom or outgrowing your business premises? Decluttering will improve your productivity and may save an impending and costly need to upsize your business premises. Our containers are perfect for this and are working really well for a number of business already; racking and shelves make life even easier and with 24/7 access you'll be able to visit whenever you want.

We currently have only a handful of storage containers vacant and available to hire. We're working on the next instalment of units but this is never a two minute job and always hard when the days are short and the weather so wet and cold. If you are looking for storage soon then be quick as they won't be empty for long. Our Flexible Package means you'll only ever pay for the days you use so you can rest assured that it's a risk-free option for your personal or professional needs

Finally, as the cold and winds persist, remember...if we had no winter, the spring would not be so pleasant. Let's get up and get on!

Best, George
