At PadStore, we know that storage needs aren’t one-size-fits-all. That’s why we offer five different self-storage packages designed to suit every situation — from short-term solutions during a house move to long-term options for business stock or personal belongings. With secure, clean, and accessible units in a variety of sizes, you can choose the package that gives you the right space, at the right price, for as long as you need.
Flexible Package Option
Our Flexible Package option is ideal for those who are only looking to store short-term. This package gives you the flexibility to vacate any time after the first 7 days of storing and any unused hire days are refunded back to you, during the period you vacate your unit and return the keys to us.
6 Month or 12 Month Contracted Package Option
Our 6 Month or 12 Month Contracted Packages are cheaper than our Flexible Package, if you are wishing to commit long-term. You’ll be contracted for the full term with the expiry date clearly detailed on your monthly invoices.
When the contracted period comes to an end you will be provided with 3 options:
- you can re-contract onto another long-term package
- or you can move onto our Flexible Package
- or you can notify us of your intentions to vacate your unit and bring your agreement with us to a close.
Up-Front 6 Month or Up-Front 12 Month Contracted Package Option
Our Up-Front Contracted Packages are the most cost-effective option and carry the same terms as our 6 Month and 12 Month packages above. The only difference is that, instead of paying monthly for your storage hire, you pay for the full term up-front on the day before you choose to start storing. In return the rates on these packages are significantly less than that of the paid-monthly packages.

Our storage hire package prices don’t include our one-off Key Deposit of £50.00 per unit which is payable on your first invoice (this is fully refunded when you vacate and return the keys to us).
