All our storage package prices are published on our website. You can view availability and pricing without needing to enter your personal contact details first. We believe customers should be able to understand the cost of storage before starting a conversation with us. No hard sales, hassling, or ‘dynamic pricing’ based on availability. Our prices reflect the real cost of operating secure, modern and high quality storage facilities across our locations.
PadStore Self Storage will never use promotions to disguise the true cost of storage. From time to time, we may offer promotions. These offers always have clear terms and conditions and are designed to make moving into storage easier; not to create confusion about long-term pricing or with an aim to then ratchet up prices after you’ve moved in.
When a customer's promotional period ends, their storage fee will move to the standard rate for their storage package. We are committed to communicating clearly about pricing throughout your time with us, so you understand how your storage charges are calculated and receive appropriate notice of any future changes in accordance with our Terms and Conditions.
PadStore Self Storage operates facilities in different towns, each with its own differing running costs, demand levels and competitive landscape. For that reason, prices and promotions may vary by location to ensure they remain fair and competitive within the local market.
From time to time, we may review our prices to reflect inflation, operating costs and local market conditions. Where a price change affects existing customers, we will provide at least 30 days' notice before the new rate takes effect, in accordance with our Terms and Conditions. Anyone contracted on a long-term package would only ever be exposed to reviewed prices when their contracted period came to an end.
