Well, it’s certainly been a busy couple of weeks here at PadStore Self Storage.
While all the trades have been busy with building our new indoor storage rooms, we’ve been beavering away in the background to get everything ready for our new customers. Once we have everything finalised, our website will have all the details you’ll require, from viewing our room sizes and storage package prices to being able to book your room using our online booking form.
We are sure to have the perfect indoor storage room for you, whatever your storage requirements may be. Here we have a list of the various room sizes which will be available:
- 10 sq.ft locker - Large locker which will hold 10x medium sized boxes
- 25 sq.ft room – Average contents of a small garden shed
- 35 sq.ft room – Average contents of a small one bed flat
- 50 sq.ft room – Average contents of a one bed flat
- 75 sq.ft room – Average contents of a garage / small two bed flat
- 100 sq.ft room – Average contents of a two bed house
- 125 sq.ft room – Average contents of a two / three bed house
- 150 sq.ft room – Average contents of a three bed house
- 175 sq.ft room – Average contents of three / four bed house
- 200 sq.ft room – Average contents of a double garage / four bed house
Whether you’re looking to store short-term or long-term, we will have the ideal storage package option available for you. Our Flexible Package will give you the flexibility to vacate any time after the first initial 7 days of storing and any unused pro-rata hire days will be refunded back to you. If you’re looking for longer term options, we’ll have 6 Month and 12 Month Contracted Packages for those who wish to pay monthly or up-front.
Each of our rooms will be come with the highest-grade patented padlock and two keys, so you don’t need to worry about ensuring you purchase a padlock which will be secure enough and the right size. There will be a one-off £50.00 Key Deposit on your first invoice from us, which will be refunded when you vacate your room and return both keys.
We anticipate that our storage rooms to be available for hire from 1st March 2024, but of course we’ll keep you all updated online, and directly if you’ve already made an enquiry with us.
